DroneBlocks DEXI
Limited Warranty
DroneBlocks warrants each DroneBlocks DEXI Drone against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of the product.
If a hardware defect arises and a valid warranty claim is received by DroneBlocks within this warranty period, DroneBlocks will, at its discretion:
1) Repair the defective product using new parts or parts equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
2) Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equivalent functionality and performance, which may include replacing a discontinued product with a newer model.
3) Offer remote support to attempt to recover the unit in the field, if possible.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling of the drone.
- Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, or incorrect installation or assembly.
- Damage due to unauthorized modifications or alterations to the drone made by the Buyer or a third party without prior written consent from DroneBlocks.
- Damage resulting from exposure to extreme environmental conditions outside the drone’s specified limits, including but not limited to excessive heat, cold, moisture, dust, or electrostatic discharge.
- Consumable components, such as batteries, propellers, and other accessories, which are subject to normal wear and tear and are not covered under this warranty.
Improper Use Exclusion
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from activities such as racing, extreme aerobatic maneuvers, or other high-stress use cases that exceed standard flight parameters.
Software and Firmware Disclaimer
This warranty does not cover issues resulting from software or firmware modifications not authorized by DroneBlocks or caused by improper installation of updates.
Shipping Costs and Responsibilities
Shipping costs for returning a defective unit to DroneBlocks for warranty service are the responsibility of the Buyer. DroneBlocks will cover return shipping costs if the product is repaired or replaced under warranty within the United States.
Limited Liability in Case of Loss or Damage During Flight
DroneBlocks is not responsible for the loss of the DEXI Drone due to user error, signal interference, or environmental factors beyond DroneBlocks’ control.
Force Majeure Clause
DroneBlocks shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of its warranty obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen environmental conditions.
Non-Warranty Repairs
If the drone requires service outside the warranty period or for damage not covered by warranty, DroneBlocks may offer non-warranty repair support. Please contact DroneBlocks support at support@droneblocks.io to discuss options.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DroneBlocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the drone, even if DroneBlocks or another party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising from or related to this Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas, USA.
Entire Agreement
This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between DroneBlocks and the Buyer regarding the warranty of the DroneBlocks DEXI Drone and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the warranty terms.
